Shipping timeline:
Processing Time: Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 24 hours of order placement (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Days: Once shipped, delivery typically takes between 3 and 5 business days. Please note that this time period may vary depending on the shipping destination and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Postage costs:
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery location. Shipping costs are shown at checkout, before the final payment step.
Order tracking:
- Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided by email to track the delivery status of your order. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
International Shipping:
- At this time, we only offer shipping within USA. We currently do not ship to PO Box addresses or APO/FPO addresses.
Changes to Orders:
- Any changes to your order (including shipping address) must be notified to us within 24 hours of placing the order. We will do our best to make these changes, but please note that we may not be able to make any adjustments after the order has been processed.
